Happy ONE year!!!!!

Today marks the one year that we bought our house! Our awesome realtor, Eric Rehling (www.mittmanrehling.com) came over this morning to wish us happy one year and gave us a gift certificate (and a really nice hand written letter) to the William Penn Inn! It's crazy how it's been a year, and crazier that our realtor is just so awesome and fabulous that he continues to think of us a year later! (I also happened to give him my photography postcard since he has a 9 month old at home!!!)
