As you know, yesterday was my session with my realtor and his family. I decided to post 2 out-takes along with another link to his site.

When we were buying our house, we were completely clueless and Eric was available 24/7 to help us make the biggest decision we had ever made. He often answered with "that's a good question...." and then explained. We never heard, "You are insane, stop asking dumb questions" :)

Eric was patient and knowledgeable, and get this, he stopped by at our house on our 1 year anniversary since settlement to congratulate us with a hand-written letter!!!!!!! If you are buying our selling a house, check him and his partner out, you seriously can't go wrong!!!
